Gift My Shares

Gifting shares gives you the ability to transfer mutual fund shares directly to an individual, corporation, charity, non-for-profit, church, or other entities. The individual or entity that is being gifted those shares must be aware of the gift and complete a New Account Application if they do not have an account. You are unable to gift shares from an Individual Retirement Account (IRA).

To gift shares from your account, we require a signature guaranteed letter of instruction signed by all account owners. To obtain and print the form, please click here.

If the individual or entity receiving the gift does not have an account within Cromwell Funds, we require a completed and signed New Account Application or Entity Application.
