Each individual that is accessing the DocuSign experience will have to successfully complete knowledge based authentication to protect the personal information of the account owner(s).
After the application has been completed and signed by all required individuals, the request will be submitted for processing. When the account is established, you will receive an email from DocuSign, which will contain a link to access your account number(s). The account number(s) will be provided on the Account Confirmation form along with purchasing instructions.
