Update your Address

When you no longer live or receive mail at a current address of record it is important to update your address with us to avoid returned mail and the possibility of escheatment of your account. Please login to your account online or complete and send the form below
  • If you are updating your address to a P.O. Box, you must also include your residential address for our records to comply with the USA PATRIOT Act

  • Update your address with a Chat Representative – Please chat with us using the button on the left
  • Update your address with a Phone Representative – Please call us at the number to the left
  • Update your address in writing:
    • Complete a Change of Address form online or fill, print, and sign one here and include:
      • Account Information
      • Include all names that appear on the account
      • Include the account number or Social Security Number
      • Include a daytime telephone number
      • Include signature(s) of all account owner(s)
  • A confirmation will be sent to the old and new mailing addresses
  • Any redemptions sent to the new mailing address within 15 days will need to come in writing with a Signature Guarantee Stamp
  • The hold period does not apply when transacting to and from a linked bank account on file

    • The seasonal address
    • The timeframe you reside at the seasonal address
    • A daytime telephone number
    • Signatures
    • Include signature(s) of all account owner(s)

*Letter of Instruction can also be written or typed note with all of the above information
  • Tax forms are not sent to seasonal addresses.
  • Dividend and Capital Gains are not sent to seasonal addresses.
