• When redeeming with a new method of delivery (new bank account, another address than what is on file, check made payable other than how your account is titled), we require a Signature Guarantee Stamp. • Utilize our Mutual Fund Redemption Form for taxable accounts

• Utilize our IRA / Qualified Plan Distribution Request Form for qualified plan accounts such as IRA

• Redeeming from a taxable (non-retirement) account will generate a 1099-B Tax Form. There may be a taxable gain or loss on your investment

• Redeeming from an IRA will generate a 1099-R Tax Form

• Redeeming from a CESA will generate a 1099-Q Tax Form

• There may be a redemption maximum you can request over the phone or online per trading day – Please refer to the prospectus
