· Update your address online – Please log in to your account online

· Update your address with a Chat Representative – Please chat with us using the button on the left

· Update your address with a Phone Representative – Please call us at the number to the left

· Include all names that appear on the account

· Include the account number or Social Security Number

· Include a daytime telephone number

· Include signature(s) of all account owner(s)

· A confirmation will be sent to the old and new mailing addresses

· Any redemptions sent to the new mailing address within 15 days will need to come in writing with a Signature Guarantee Stamp

· The hold period does not apply when transacting to and from a linked bank account on file
