Gift My Shares
Gifting shares gives you the ability to transfer mutual fund shares directly to an individual, corporation, charity, non-for-profit, church, or other entities. The individual or entity that is being gifted those shares must be aware of the gift and complete a New Account Application if they do not have an account. You are unable to gift shares from an Individual Retirement Account (IRA).

To gift shares from your account, we require a signature guaranteed Gift of Shares Form signed by all account owners. To obtain and print the form, please click here.
If the individual or entity receiving the gift does not have an account within Praxis Mutual Funds, we require a completed and signed New Account Application or Entity Application.

The signature guarantee requirement is to protect against unauthorized requests by assuring the required signatures
are genuine. A signature guarantee can be obtained at many commercial banks, credit unions, savings associations, or
broker-dealers. A notary public is unable to provide an
acceptable guarantee.
